On the evening of September 19, 2009, Monkeyhouse Toys and Art Gallery in the Silver Lake section of Los Angeles hosted an art show and sale to benefit Junkiri School, Hopeful Vocational School, and Children for Green New Nepal. 30 artists from the United States and Nepal donated artworks for the exhibit. More than 100 people attended the opening, and the art remains on display and for sale until September 30, 2009.
